In addition to working as a counselor, Ms. Curry works as an advocate for her clients in courtrooms throughout Georgia. She represents clients in a variety of litigation matters involving real estate, contracts, criminal matters, probate matters, and various tort matters. She has built a reputation of excellence through her diligent research and zealous advocacy for her clients.

After college, Joycelyn was employed as an accountant for a small and growing business. During this time she gained experience working with a small corporation and viewing the special needs of start-up and growing corporations. Witnessing first-hand, the hard work and dedication her employers put into their business, loped considerable experience in forensic engineering and claim negotiations.

While in law school, Ms. Curry gained experience with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Atlanta Office where she helped research company financials for signs of insider trading and other SEC violations. In addition, she worked as a Student Attorney at the Georgia State Tax Clinic where she managed a caseload ranging from seven to fifteen clients with being a full time student and preparing for the upcoming bar examination. This experience allowed her to fully immerse herself in the tax issues her clients sought to remedy and work diligently towards a positive solution.
